  • Single account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited.

  • Not a pp123 employee: Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of pp123 staff are not eligible to register as members.

Account Registration

The pp123 account registration process is designed to be simple and fast. However, there are several important things you should understand regarding the management of your account.

  • Personal information: You are required to provide your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address during registration.
  • Password: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other account.
  • Identity verification (KYC): New members may be required to submit a copy of their identification document for verification purposes before their first withdrawal is processed.
  • One account per device: Each device or IP address may only be associated with one active account. Attempts to circumvent this rule will result in the closure of all related accounts.

  • The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction.
  • There is no maximum daily deposit limit; however, deposits exceeding a certain amount may require additional verification.
  • Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes after payment is confirmed.
  • Pp123 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.
  • All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Policy:

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request.
  • 87% of withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes on business days.
  • Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name.
  • Pp123 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing a first withdrawal or withdrawals of a significant amount.
  • Suspicious withdrawals or those that violate the terms of use will be held pending the completion of an investigation.

Important: Bonuses received must meet the specified wagering requirement before withdrawals are permitted. Please review your bonus terms in the promotions section before making a withdrawal.

SECTION 5

Bonuses & Promotions

Pp123 offers a wide range of exciting bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and time limits specified for each promotion.

Betting Rules

All betting activity on the pp123 platform is subject to the following rules, designed to ensure a fair and transparent experience for all members.

  • Minimum and maximum bets: Betting limits vary by game type and market. Each game displays the applicable betting limits before you place your bet.
  • Final decision: All game results and wagering outcomes are final once processed by the system. No appeals will be accepted for confirmed results.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Exploiting bugs, system errors, or platform vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.

  • Closure by pp123: pp123 reserves the right to close the account of any member who violates the terms, without prior notice and without any obligation to provide a reason.
  • Balance upon closure: For voluntary closure with no violations, valid balances will be refunded within 5–10 business days. For closure due to violations, all balances including bonuses may be forfeited.
  • Self-exclusion: Members who choose to self-exclude through the responsible gaming program are not eligible to reopen their account during the specified exclusion period.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, pp123 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
